Well, here's the unrequired, but recommended "Introduction Post."

I've had an on/off interest in astral projection and the like for a couple years. I came across this site during one of those "on" phases ages ago, but never posted, and just... forgot about this site.

This summer, I bought a book on astral projection and fell back into one of those "on" phases. I've been working at it--though not very religiously --and I have decided to come back to this site.

I've looked around a little bit, but not too much. Yet.

So, yeah, I'm done talking now.

The book's called Astral Projection for Beginners by Edain McCoy.

The lady at the occult-ish shop I went to said that this book was the best book on AP she had.
