Hi Just like to introduce myself

Hello everyone, I would like to formally introduce myself.  From a small age I would see ghost and actually forgot about it for a long time.  around 4 years ago i figured out there were times i projected also, and can now see ghosts ever since i started meditating regularly.  I can lucid dream whenever i want.  and have the best dream recall of anyone i have ever met. I have been practicing astral projection for about 3 years now with no real success and have just found out about phasing on these forums.  I would like to talk with people about phasing and how to start getting into it.

Welcome to the Astral Pulse forums!    Thanks for posting your introduction. It sounds like you have some interesting experiences. This forum is a great place to trade information on such happenings. Also, many members learn from one another here as well.

At first, I would invite you to look over our relatively new FAQ Forum. That forum was created especially for our newer members. Our hope is that initial inquiries on such topics as Astral Projection, Lucid Dreaming, OBE, and Phasing could be answered by reading over the threads in that forum.

We also have a Search Engine for looking up older topics and posts using keywords.
