Hi!

I'm new here. I'm from Belgium, 18y old & have always been interested in these subjects you guys are dealing with on this site.

However, I never was sure of anything about this until a week ago. I just went through a dark tunnel, got these vibrations coming from my spine and suddenly woke up out of fear and felt like very disoriented!

Strangest thing is I didn't read anything at about techniques on how to OBE/AP, but I just found myself in the situation which is quite strange as I just went to sleep and drifted off as usual.

I'm hoping to learn a lot on this forum and helping out other people if I'm able to.
