Hello from Canada - from a lifelong projector

I am fairly new to here, but not to the online OBE community in general. I have been around online for ages, starting with my first OBE related website Astral-Dreamscape.net which went down about 2001. Then in 2002, I grabbed up the domain Spirit-Quest.ca and came back.

I have been having spontaneous OBEs (real time) since I was a small child. I was also plagued by sleep paralysis when I was younger, and didn't realize the connection at the time.  

I now am able to induce OBEs at will... sometimes, though most of my experiences are still spontaneous.  I have experienced both etheric and astral projections, and I have been able to experiment a bit with my OBEs.

I recently put up my free e-book online.  It continually expands as I keep adding more and more!  So I recommend reading it online rather than saving a copy, in order to make sure you have the most recent copy.  It has in-depth theory and practical sections, and descriptions of my own experiences, as well as some of my OBE inspired poetry and mention of some of my experiments/conclusions about OBEs.  I never plan on selling this material.  I believe that knowledge should be shared freely!

I also compose music as a hobby and I have experimented with brainwave technology. I offer a few tracks for free on my website as well, and will post more as I finish them. They contain theta and alpha waves, in the correct frequencies that I have found for helping induce OBEs.

I am currently staff on Astral Society, as public relations contact.  I am responsible for attracting guest authors for chats, maintaining the links directory, and even advertising the site through other means such as radio talk shows.  I was myself a guest on a UK radio show dealing with the paranormal in 2002, where I got to tell all of England about my OBEs.

I just wanted to say hello here from Canada.  And hope to read some of you experiences!
