Hello my names jaysin and the reson i joined astral pulse is because i have an intrest in every subject hear also iv had a few obe/lucide dreams unintentionally and would like to learn how to do it more often and read about other peoples experiences.

Greetings jaysin and welcome aboard.
OBEs and LDs Are fascinating. And it IS possible to deliberately induce them. There are plenty of methods here to learn how to consciously go out of body and to deliberately lucid dream.
