Hi. I was able to have two lucid dreams in the late 90's. I've tried recently to get that going again, but haven't been successful. I'm now therefore getting very interested in AP. I had one of those once a long time ago when I was very sick with a high fever. It was spontaneous.

Anyway, these experiences tell me I have the ability to have either type of experience again. Found this forum while searching around for info on Ophiel.

Hello and welcome to the Pulse. Ophiel? Yup I read his book years ago and thought it was interesting. You will find that there are newer techniques these days, which he didn't know about.

There are Many techniques for becoming lucid in a dream. Some of those methods may be found here in the "Welcome to Dreaming" forum. Another very good site for learning the techniques of lucid dreaming is www.dreamviews.com
