I was always pretty skeptical of astral projection, particularly when a good friend of mine told me about his experiences. So I decided to find out for myself (and became captivated by all the stories and techniques I was reading about). Then, it happened, totally unexpected as I was taking an afternoon nap with my GF. I awoke paralyzed, hearing a high pitched noise, feeling a tingling sensation much similar to what I had read about. So I then focused my attention on the ceiling and then I was out. SO strange, I can not believe more people don't know about this. Anyways, that's my story and this is my first to say hi :)
I write about my own breath taking astral projection and lucid dreaming experiences. Thanks for reading :)

The best way to decide whether a phenomenon has validity is to experience it for yourself. And yes, as you found out, out of body experiences are for real and they are amazing! It's good that you are open minded and it's most likely that you will be experiencing many more OBEs in the near future.

Hello and Welcome to the Astral pulse!  :-)

Yep, it's real.

Do your own experiments and always keep notes on your results.

Don't question it all just yet. Give it some time, then look at your log book and determine what is happening for yourself.

Good Luck and Safe Travels!  :-)

I wonder what else is possible?
