Hi to all members in this forum, it is quite exciting to come back and see how this forum has evolved. A little background of myself, I joined this forum back in 2004 while I was researching on the topic since I had recently had an astral projection and wanted to know more on the topic. My first astral projection was back in 1989 as I was laying in my bed I  began to project towards the ceiling fan and when I turned around saw my body sleeping below. I thought I was dying and began to pray returning to my body immediately. So back in 2004 I read a book which was promoted on this forum by Robert Bruce called Astral Dynamics which helped me control and experience more of the astral world. I stopped practicing in 2005 and since then I have not experienced any other projections. I would like to start again, and during the past couple of weeks I have been trying to without luck. I hope with practice I can enjoy astral travel again with the help of you all.

Hmm I wonder where this Robert Bruce is that I don't see people mentioning his books anymore, was he a fraud or what?...... Namaste!

Hi and welcome to the Pulse.
Robert Bruce isn't a fraud, he's helped many people with his books. It's not favoured by everyone as his methodology doesn't click with all. I've read the book  AD, and some parts have reminded me of things long forgotten. Other parts are different from what I've utilised and the end game can be won by his methods.
He has his website too if you Google it.

Thanks for the feed back, good to know he is not a fraud and that he is still around, I am trying to use his techniques again with little success so far. Practice makes perfection so I will keep trying.

I have and still do today use some of Robert's techniques, so I definitely do not consider him a Fraud.

You'd like to start to AP again, well you already know that that "will" is half the battle, so I would say you should have success any time now.

Sometimes just reading a book or coming to a Forum on AP in general is enough to have some kind of unique experience that same night alone! By picking up the material you have consciously focused your intent already.

Thanks CFT traveler for the info I see your an admin on Roberts Bruce forum, BTW is the brain generator still useful for altering states?

It hasn't changed, so I don't know why it wouldn't.  Binaurals work for many people.  He now has a different set for the MAP than the BWGen now, a CD set (for CD players) instead of a CD rom for the computer.
