HI,gang .I put the user name in title because recently I saw many Astral viewers members joined,like me.(People will think that is organised and that we synchronised watches or something,soon we will take over ha,ha,ha ),
seriosly,great forum,I was lurking for allmost a year now,specialy enjoed Frank's post,man this place is huge,like astral mall or something.
I had couple of OOBE-s,and that is pretty much it.I'am in early 30'is,work in sales,painting,practising(man I never sleept so tight but when I start to practise these things,like baby,we should make a add or something for people with insomnia,I cured my sister's insomnia by telling her to practise OOBE's),practising AP's is good for you aldo mayby not  in the way you expected it
