Hello everyone,

First of all, I'm not a native speaker of English. So I apologize for my language mistakes. I promise I'll do my best to write in a comprehensive way.

I'm a very curious person and I love to learn new things. When I was a teenager, I've learned a lot about energy, chakras and so on. But I've mostly forgotten the subject for some years until mid 2007, when my interest about this subject suddenly started to grow again. I've read most of the classic books about OBE (Monroe, Bruce, Buhlman, Webster, and so on). And, in the last past months, I've looking for information on discussion forums, too. So that's why I'm here: I want to learn from other people's experience.

Until now, I haven't experienced anything out of the ordinary, expect for some strobe-light effects.  Probably, I'm not doing the exercises as often as I should, and my tendency to experiment with a wide range of different techniques does not help, either. I'm also very analytical, which sometimes prevents me from letting go...

Anyway, I'm glad to be here and learn from your experience!
