Hello new here....

It happened last Sunday night....I was having a normal dream then all of a sudden it went blank for a bit... After a while I thought I was awake and it seemed like a ghost was trying to pull my covers off my bed and I was trying to keep them down... Next thing I know I am about a foot off my bed still under the covers just levitating without moving and they are moving like a fan is underneath. I am able to look side to side.. It was silent with no sound. This lasted for maybe little under a minute and I woke up out of breath and a small faint headache that was kind of middle lower and top left. It took me a while to calm down a bit I presume from panic. That is my first knowledgeable to date of what I believe was a obe.

Also I would like to mention that I have repeated dreams and continuance dreams....

The experience that you mentioned probably Was an OBE, or at least the beginnings of one. If it happens again I recommend trying to stay calm and rolling over onto the floor. If you can do it then you will be fully out of body.
