Greetings everyone!

I have been browsing this forum for a few months now and I've finally decided to register which is long overdue.

A little about me... Well, I can't remember exactly how I came to the subject of Astral Projection or Out of Body Experiences but all I know is that it fascinated me from the very beginning. I would just take all the information I could get on it and absorb it like a sponge!  :-D  Now, this all began probably back in Late April or May of 2010. I can't remember the first night I had my 'experience'.  A brief overview of it was that I laid down, closed my eyes and first focused on my breathing. After laying there for a bit my eyes felt drawn to my lower/middle forehead which I read to be my third eye chakra. After a while of just focusing on the blackness there I began to see visions or images clearer and clearer. Once everything seemed to be more vivid I began to feel a strong sense of energy washing over my body, tingling down my spine and into my toes. And as I recall when I first sat down I heard a buzzing in my ear, feint but present. As this energy was washing over me I remember observing that the buzzing grew in sound and was eventually ringing through my ears.  As I noticed this I began to feel the 'strong vibrations' I would say. At the time I thought this was my heart beginning to race, which led my mind to focus to much on my body and kind of take me out of my trance or mindset.  Once everything sub-sided I leaned forward in bed and just replayed what happend in my mind, and wow it was so awesome! I was excited for more!

The interesting thing about this was the next morning or day I began to research more into OBE's and I read the typical pre-projecting symptoms and was just blown away because they were so similar to what I experienced. I had no idea what they were the previous night. It was a great experience. I have yet to fully project but I've had a fun journey so far none the less. And I intend to keep on this path.

I'm not a religious person, however I DO believe in some form of higher power, always have. However I believe now that this higher power is within myself and is something I can experience.

Lastly, I've done much research on the subject, first I started with videos on youtube with William Buhlman. Next I began to view forums and such. From my forum viewings I was convinced to acquire both of Mr. Buhlman's books. I read Adventures Beyond the Body and was just so intrigued. I am currently about half way through The Secret of the Soul and intend to finish it soon!

I hope you all enjoyed learning a little bit about me and I certainly hope to have some great discussions in the future! So long!  :-)

Hello, pleased to meet you  :-)

Hadn't heard of Buhlman before. Will see if the library has either of his books. I'm always looking for good book reccomendations.

William Buhlman... smart guy.

I posted a link on my website to the Coast to Coast interview with him.

I believe that the coast 2 coast interview with Buhlman that had about 10 parts on youtube was what initially got my attention on this subject. From the get-go it was just so interesting.

Yup.  I think it's actually 12 - 14 parts.
I linked to a play list on my website... the link above.
They should play uninterrupted.
