Hi!!

I am really excited about this forum so that I can read & learn & talk about all of this!

Just about 2 months ago, I Googled these really uber-weird & wonderful (n' sometimes scary ohh'm'gawsh scary...) experiences that I've ALWAYS had because l8ly, they're happening more & more. Well, I realized that they're actually sleep paralysis episodes that sometimes (not always) end up with an OBE! The neatest thing is I'm not afraid any more because I know they're normal & I found out I can't die... I know it was dumb to think I could die but sometimes my heart races or I can't breathe... I'm not very big so I thought I might be like an injured bird & have a heart attack!! Anyway, that's the best part because now that I'm not afraid, I can go a little further/stay longer each time

I am not always very consistent with things so at 1st I just read all your stories every night b4 bedtime but now I'm making a 'Dream/SP/OBE/AP/Etc.!" journal. Also, I will like to not just read but write now about things on here so I can learn!
