Hi Everyone, I'm Al, I'm 32 and I'm from Venezuela. Just had one (involuntary) OBE experience a long time ago and I'm looking for some learning material to see if I can do it again at will and to see if it gives me the tools I need to cope with some problems I've been having lately. I hope I get along with you guys, this seems like a real nice place!

You might also want to read about and research lucid dreaming. (Lucid dreaming is being aware of and in control of a dream.) Many people use lucid dreams for solving problems in their waking lives. For some reason solutions to problems often become more apparent during dreams.
Just thought that this might help.
