I've just starting learning about AP and I really want to learn about it and meet others who want to as well.
I'd love for you guys to say hello so I can get to know you all :)
Id also like to ask a few newby questions too:
1) Is everyones perceptions of the Astral realm the same or dependant on your person?
2) How long does it generally take for someone to start having basic AP's?
3) Do Binaural Beats help induce AP's? And if so, what frequencies are the best at doing this?

1 there will always be a mix of both some simmilar some personal
2 it depends on your energy system how mature it is but it can be right away or take months
3 i have never used them
