Welcome.

From what you know... or from what you have read?

Both are the same... just entered by different means.

Welcome to the Pulse.
Share some of your attempts and experiences so we know what progress you've made. It really helps as someone experienced doesn't need to be taught to suck eggs again. Lol
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

Well from what i have read its similar in practice but different in experience Since i have not had the pleasure of entering the astral just exploring my dreamscape and learning about myself mostly
Haven't had a lucid dream in a while probably because i stopped updating my dream journal recently, But now i have alot more free time and Really want to get into all of that again but astral travel sounds alot more interesting to me il be sure to update on my progress and experience

Hello and Welcome to the Astral Pulse!  :-)

The answers you seek will rely on your perception and awareness at the time.

We awaken in a Dream, groggy, without full awareness. This causes the entire scenario to appear to be foggy with not much control.

When we AP from a conscious awareness technique, we are conscious the entire time, no fogginess, no clicking out. We are in full control right off the bat and perceive everything we see as real as it is in this physical reality.

When we attain that same awareness in a Dream, we find that it is in fact the exact same thing. It's just acquired by a different direction.

Yes, OBEs and lucid dreams are indeed fascinating. It's good that you've joined this small group as we explore the many realms of this multiverse.
