Welcome to the Astral Pulse forums! []  It sounds as though you're quite far along with things, believe me, conscious exit projections do not come easy for many of us. Astral Dynamics is a great book, as well as a reference you can always return to.

Please take a little bit of time to explore all the features of the forum. There is a File Library with some great eBooks and downloads. Also, we have a Search engine that will help locate old posts by topic, for example. You may want to read over some of the threads in the Welcome to Permanent Astral Topics forum. These are topics that were made "sticky" because we thought there was a lot of useful information for members.

Hey everyone!

I'm new to the site, obviously, and am also sort of a newbie projector. I've only got a handful of conscious projections under my belt, though I've been a compentent lucid dreamer for 5 years. If it weren't for lucid dreaming, I still would not be able to get out of my body. I've only got 100 pages left to read of Astral Dynamics, but I've found it very inspirational and thought provoking.
