About 30 years ago I had a spontaneous OBE. At the time it freaked me out (thought I was dying!). After much reading, I realized what had occured. I would like to do it again, however, being a newbie, i don't know where to start! A search of the internet turns up thousands of Techniques, binaural beats, courses, etc...Can anyone point me in the right direction? I know I can do this, just don't know the best way to approach it.

The sitckies in the Astral Consciousness subforum are very useful as well. In the end the right direction or approach would be determined by whatever you are more comfortable with. They all lead to the goal, which is to access the Non Physical Reality.
Many people have had spontaneous projections in their youth, but then life gets in the way.

Lionheart's advice is good as there is a lot of info in the astral FAQ forum. You should be able to find several OBE induction methods there. I suggest that you try one induction method for 2 or 3 weeks. Hopefully you will have an OBE but if not then select another method.
