Hi I'm a 16 year old male from Norway. I first came over OBE's when I was a child living in California , USA.
Now my first OBE was uncontrolled and I was 13 years old experiencing puberty at it's best.
It was a terrifying experience at first but then I got angry at myself and trew the phone into the window, instead of breaking it bounced right back and knocked me in the head.. Making me wake up.

I'll never forget my first experience.

When I was 15 I came across Astral Projection and Out of Body experiences when I searching for dreams and lucid dreaming etc.

It has been approximetly 1 year now with OBE's, unfortunatly it hasn't been enough of them to satisfy me. I'm happy when I manage but before I wouldn't have the time to. Now I do it whenever I have time instead of playing my computer and such.

I have time to do both, but instead of sitting infront of the computer for 4 hours I try to have an OBE for 1 hour instead.



This year I told my dad I wanted Robert Bruce's - Astral Dynamics
for Christmas... I thought it would be the perfect gift for him to give me.
He agreed but he seemed unenlightened on the subject and thought of it as a bit dangerous.

Anyways, I've been playing the guitar for 6 years now.
Also been singing alot ( Linkin Park, Grey Daze and Stone Temple Pilots)
and making my own music for that sake.

I'm interested in electronics and do pretty well in school.
Drugs? Well I've smoked pot a couple of times and liked it, I do it when I have the time and when I can't get busted.

A the time there is no such time for that so I just leave it.

Alcohol? Well yes, but not that often.... I concider myself pretty normal.
I don't belive in God yet?, I belive in Higher beings yes, but it's pretty hard to belive in all this when you also belive in String theory.
I try to mix it togther with reason, which doesn't always work.

I hope Astral Dynamics will help me project faster and more consciouss than before, and even more techniques to try, it's also pretty cheap for approximetly 500 pages.
