I just want to say a big Hi to everyone here. I'm Jazzer from the UK and I'm 37 yrs old. I am a former skeptic and was a real "don't beleive what I can't see" type of guy. I'm not sure what changed really, I started messing around with the brainwave generator years ago (before I knew what it was) and saw the presets on the site for OBE and astral projection and just started reading from there.
I have had lucid dreams before when I was really young (probably 10 yrs old). I vividly remember waking once in a dream and thinking "this is ridiculous, I've got to be dreaming" and I was. I could sort of control it after that. I also remember waking once from a dream that I couldn't remember thinking that I had just visited the most beautiful place I had ever seen and I made a mental note to go back soon. Perhaps thats what I'm still trying to do.
I've never projected but after reading a few things here I sort of think that is because I'm trying too hard. I have used binaural beats (I've got a Procyon) and meditated with CDs and got to the vibration stage a couple of times but thats about it. I'm not really sure where to go from here but I know I'm on the right road.
