Hey all,

My name is Chris and I would just like to introduce myself. I have been into OBEs and other paranormal/psychic topics for over five years now. I had a few OBEs over the years but stopped due to trauma I experienced from my practicing before and not taking the necessary precautions and rushing myself. I am now back and taking a different approach to my practice than I used to because it has always been a desire of mine and I don't think it will ever leave me. I look forward to talking to you all and sharing tips and advice.
