Hi. I'm quite familiar with lucid dreaming ( have done so most of my life with moderate control; but always it just 'happened' on it's own. I have recently begun to try to learn more control and to induce them, since realizing this is possible after stumbling onto the topic on the internet. ). I have read and begun ( with some success) this SILD method. I have lots of questions and 'wonderings' though. Rebecca's forum is currently messed up with spam so that it's been unusable; so as I've recently had experiences with SILD and lots of questions, I've ended up here.

So hello everyone. Hope to learn a lot.

Lucid dreaming (ld) is fascinating. There Are ways to induce ld, such as the techniques known as W.I.L.D. (Wake Induced Lucid Dreaming) and D.I.L.D. (Dream Induced Lucid Dreaming). There are many other methods as well. It might be worthwhile looking into these methods if you want to experience lds on a more regular basis.
