Hi Miyabi
As Nay says, it's a great idea to do a lot of reading when you first stumble across the Forums.
You say...
QuoteI am not scared
And then...
Quoteand it scared me
It can be scary. Just today during an OBE, I heard someone knocking very loudly on the door, which snapped me out with my heart beating fast. I knew no one was there. You have to get used to these noises/sounds/sensations etc.
Keep at it - you'll get there eventually. It's well worth the effort.
Sarah
thanks.....well the though of the projecting doesnt bother me at all it was just the sudden loud ding that scared me like when all of a sudden there is a great excess in bass in a horror movie......do either of you have any pointers that might help....I looked through most of that stuff the first day I was on and it helped a little but I still cant quite reach it...iot is frustrating which is why I keep giving up...although I think with the support of the people here I will be able to go through with it all the way this time and now quit
You wanna know the ironic part? Trying is what makes it difficult. You gotta remember, you're working in a mental state, not a physical one.
I have a hunch, because I used to do it, that you're trying to move from where you are to somewhere else. You're thinking in distance, time, space. Try thinking on a mental level. Do you have to press your eyeballs against a wall to see it? No, you can view it from a distance, all you need to do is turn your eyes to see it.
thanks steve but can you exoacate a little more please
