Welcome to the Astral Pulse forums! [] A good step along the way to learning astral projection is reading all you can. There are a number of informative books out there. Look for such works as Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce; The Projection of the Astral Body by Sylvan Muldoon & Hereward Carrington; also books by Robert Monroe, William Buhlman, Scott Rogo and Robert Peterson. There are other good ones as well.

Take some time to look over various threads here at the Astral Pulse forums. You might want to look at our Welcome to Permanent Astral Topics forum as well. We also have a File Library with some eBooks and downloads.

My name is Evan and I live in sunny Edinburgh! []  I am a pagan and have recently become fascinated by the subject of astral projection.  I hope to be able to embark on at least one full-blown astral journey at some point in my life, but in the meantime I am looking for techniques, advice, personal experiences and the like.
