hey guys I'm new here and have never tryed astral projection does any one have any advice for a beginner????

A good place to start is here http://www.astraldynamics.com/

Select the Tutorials and choose beginners.

There is also a wealth of information in the Welcome to Permanent Astral Topics section of the Forums.

Welcome to the forum. Hope you like it here. Lot's of info for beginners, use the Search function or place your question in one of the AP forums is the best bet.

I would just read around through people's posts and the links above. It will give you the general idea about what you should do in certain situations.
