Hello all, so I'm not really new to the idea of OBEs or astral projection, but I am just now attempting to do it. I've never actually projected consciously as far as I know, although I think I've had dreams where I was either lucid dreaming or did project and met up with other people. Anyway, I'm still learning how to do this and really want to, because let's face it. Earth is great, but the universe is more than just this Earth and I wanna explore it all.

Hello loreali and Welcome to the Astral Pulse. I share your attitude here. 
I find that remembering your Dreams is an important first step. Not only do you get to see how vivid they are, but you also learn memory recall of the Dream as well. Memory Recall is one of the most important things no matter what methodology or technique you choose to find the Astral/Wider Reality.
