Hi Everyone,
I have been lurking the boards for the past few months here and finally decided to sign up. I am new here, but probably not so new to astral projection/obe. I have been somewhat confused as to if obe/astral projection is the same thing..is it.?

in any case..What finally made me decide to sign up is the last few obe's/ astral projections I have had, after feeling the vibrations on many occasions and finally letting myself go... it felt as if I finally left my body the last couple of times. Where as for about the last 10 yrs have only felt vibrations, sleep paralysis  and felt to scared to go any further and learned how to stop it. 

One experience I had recently was a very forceful exit from my body ..I have also had about 2 other experiences and look forward to sharing them soon.
