Hi everyone,
I'm form Chile, Southamerica and I find this forum thanks to a friend. I think is great to have a place to share this kind of experience without peopel calling you crazy.
I have had lots of experiences but I'm relatively new in things like voluntary projection and still don't quite understand the difference between OoBE and AP, for me it was the same.
I'm very interested in astral combat as well as exploring the relationship between the more subtle planes and this 3D plane, so to speak.
So hope I can get answers to a lot of questions I have and also to be a contribution,
saludos

Hello and welcome :)
Hi and welcome to the Pulse.
Bienvenido compi
Greetings Mirlo and welcome
The terms Out of body experience (OBE) and astral projection (AP) are often used interchangeably by many people but I believe that there Is a difference. Both terms describe experiences where a person's consciousness (soul/spirit/astral body) separates and exists apart from their physical body. However, during an OBE the person is in a nonphysical realm that Does a counterpart in the physical world. During an AP a person visits a nonphysical realm that does Not a physical world counterpart.
Sincerely :-)
Grey
