Hi Everyone,
I am new to the site. I have been interested in consciousness work since I was 12. I am now 46. I spent many years meditating, working as a psychic, and studying metaphysics. I spent some time at The Monroe Institute in the mid 80's and even spent a little time talking with Bob Monroe during my visits at his Institute. I reached a point in my life where I turned away from my consciousness work and went to medical school. 15 years later, I am finally returning from what seems to be a long journey in the left brain.
I have never achieved conscious ability to have an obe, but I am now going to try again. I routinely vibrate when I go to sleep and many time when I awaken. I have had a few lucid dreams with automatic obe's. My last one was when I was in Sadona a few months ago. I hope to be able to offer new insights as I rededicate my self to expanding my awareness and shifting my consciousness.
