Hello!!
I dont speak engliash wery well, so try to be understanding with my posts!
I have sleeping disorder, sleep paralysis, breathing disorder and people from shroomery.org told me to visit this site. Seems that I have landed in a right place.
Most important experience of my life - I have visited a place I had never been before, in my dreams and then few years later visited the place in my real life. This experience has changed my view on todays physics laws and all that gibberish. Nothing has explained me so far how was that possible.
Now, more than 15 years later, I have started to have a lot of freaky out of body experiences, I have visited different realities in my dreams, but there are these.... guys ,, that seem to dislike me being there.
I hope to get some of my questions to be answered here. While.. still staying suspicious, what if you all are one oh THEM :D
Hello!!!!
(now starting to read what you have written so far on these boards.. )
You have sleep apnea? This usually causes Sleep Paralysis because you catch yourself not breathing on the edge of sleep. My dad used to get Sleep Paralysis in accordance with Sleep Paralysis.
I don't know what you mean by 'a trap'... but I assume you mean it in good humour. :)
So yes... have a read of the posts and forum etc.
We've been waiting for you.
Hello and Welcome to the Astral Pulse! :-)
Bedeekin has created an excellent Sticky on Sleep Paralysis, this would probably be a great place to start with your immediate problem.

There are other helpful Stickies to be found here as well. We also have an excellent Search engine to help you along the way.
This is a great Forum to find yourself "trapped" in!
Good Luck and Safe Travels! :-)
Welcome! Definitely check out the forum! Lots of good material to read though.
Welcome to AP Forums Rooveloobik. Good to see you here. Enjoy your stay. Thanks Lionheart that was really an amazing link of sleep paralysis.

Greetings and welcome röövelööbik
Out of body experiences are real in that they are objective events. They are not traps but they can be unnerving. Facing the unknown can be difficult and sometimes scary. So it IS good to be wary but not skeptical.

Don't worry about those guys. They are just politicians and leaders of the different religions that don't want you to find out the truth for yourself. You'll be alright.
I've never encountered those guys. But, I always had a theory that many people in government or religion probably know how to do interdimensional travel. I could also imagine them patrolling the place. Maybe even stirring things up to try to scare you back into the physical. There could be a lot out there people don't want us to see.
Well I have definitely slipped through their net. :-)
If that's the case, I must have a pretty bad astral criminal record :/
Someone scares me? Ha...
