Hello, I haven't gotten the chance to peak around yet, and to admit, I've done much more lucid dreaming than astral projecting. In fact.... I think I had a single, accidental and frightening OBE.
But, I'll gladly take a peak around and comment when necessary.
Hi there Sidheag,
Welcome to the Astral Pulse.
I'm a heavy Lucid Dreamer as well, I have been all my life. It was a short step for me to convert those into Astral Projections.
Here's how I do it, if you're interested: http://unlimitedboundaries.ca/2010/09/01/how-i-convert-a-lucid-dream-into-an-astral-projection/
Also, I make very little distinction between Lucid Dreams and Astral Projections... or even with normal Dreams.
I view them all as taking place in the same "area of consciousness" with the only difference being how consciously aware you are. :)
Anyway, it's nice to meet you. Peek around all you want... there is a lot of great information to be had here.
Welcome to the Pulse 8-)

Hallo Sidheag,Happy New Year and Welcome :-)
You mentioned that you might have had one frightening OBE. What happened that made the experience scary??

It was very random, in the middle of the night, and it was like I was being yanked out of my body by the head. It was a rather frightening thing to wake up to, and I ended up snapping back into my body and waking up again. Very odd experience.
