What a nice website! This is the best website on OBE, in my opinion. Lots of good stuff! The Xanth's ebook was great. I can't get enough from Frank's posts. So many other good topics.

About 15 years ago I accidentally found about the effect of meditation on inducing lucid dreams. I like that similar ideas are widely discussed here.

I've recently decided to get back to my astral projection practices, therefore I'll be asking you guys lots of questions. I hope I finally make it.
