Hello Everyone,

my name is Richard, and i live in Australia, i am not new to the idea of astral projection i have read up a fair bit on it, but i guess i have never actually done it. I am an advanced lucid dreamer, well i used to be i am picking it back up now after a year off, never thought you would give up something that gives you everything but hey guess i did.

As of yet i have had little success with ap. most of the time i am doing it before bed, i can quite my mind relax my body, and i am now just starting to learn to let my breathing go and not control it, big step for me,  so we will see how things go.

see you around on the forum.

Regards

Richard

Welcome...

Trying before I go to bed typically puts me to sleep, however, it increases the odds of doing it later in the night. Of course, projecting is different for everyone, what works for me may not work for you. I've done it twice since I've first started, and it's amazing. If you wake up in the middle of sleep, thats a great time to try it, just don't be afraid. As soon as I did, things just happend.

Great to have you Richard.
I'd rather spend my life attempting to make myself happy rather than prevent myself from being unhappy.
