Hello all,
This is a subject that I've done a tremendous amount of research on in the past. While I've never had an astral projection, I haven't as yet attempted it. For the past year I've been working diligently on my concentration and mental visualization skills. Now I'm ready to try and put those skills to use.
This looks like a great forum. I hope I will learn a lot here.
