From what I've read so far it seems that, although opinions vary, I was essentially right... Now I feel free to explore without thinking "I'm doing the wrong thing, this can't be the astral plane, (or wherever), because I didnt get there usisng so-and-so's method..."

Hello all []

Please forgive a newbie for asking a question that's probably old hat, but... Over the years I've had many, many lucid dreams and have also explored visualisation, journeying (with and w/out sacred plants)astral projection, and various other obe methods.  In all experiences I've met beings that seem to have a life of their own. There are many other similarities.  Can anyone help me undesrtand what, if any difference there is between these states?  Is it just a matter of where you chose to go or what the intention is?   I've a feeling that understanding this will free me up to do some serious work...
