Hello there all out there in cyberspace,my name is michael and have just joined the forum,I am British,but have been living in Turkey for the past 4 years.I am retired and decided to move to Turkey to enjoy the better climate here.

I have been a spiritual quester for over 37 years and have many experiences along the way,I meditate every day and live in the everpresent now as much as I am able to.

As Lionheart already mentioned there Are a lot of helpful threads here in these forums. I recommend reading several threads in the "Welcome to the Astral FAQ Forum" as the info there will explain many of the terms and concepts used in the discussions here.
