Hi I m Jake and I m new here. I have been trying to have an obe ex. for a year now, and i think i had one.Actually i reapeated the ex. 3 times in one morning  to be sure that it wasn t a dream,but it only lasted for 20 sec each one. What i did in that morning to try to have on obe was not thinking of nothing for like 20 min every time and before i had one an obe ex.( in my opinion) every time i heard like a verry loud sound in my ear and then i felt like someone was pushing my body up in the air verry fast  like a metter up from my bed not more, but not my fizical one and there i was in the air and i could see through my hands the furniture in the house, was this an obe ex.

You probably Did have at least 1 OBE that day and possibly more. Many OBEs Are very short, lasting for only one minute or less.
Also close proximity to the physical body often causes the person who is out of body (OOB) to be confused and experience distorted senses, especially astral vision and hearing.
