I am in New Jersey, approximately an hour away from Brooklyn (New York City)... My interests are many, and on cursory examination of them in my mind I can think of reading, writing, poetry (and prose, 'course), thinking in general, psychology, philosophy (I have to admit, though, that I'm not much of a philosophy reader... It's more like a hobby of a hobby of a hobby, y'know? ^^), computers, programming, physics, music (I play guitar; both electric and acoustic.), etc. I can't list all of them, but you get the idea. I know that the list is actually quite broad, but I'm hoping I answered that question at least marginally.
Well, regardless, next thing I'd like to say... Wow. I didn't even notice how many sections there are. Cripes, this'll take a while to read ^^ (My sound card drivers are broken at the moment, but soon's I can fix them I'll put on that music you mentioned ^_^)
