Hey i keep seeing something?

Hey everyone have not been here in a while. But what i keep seeing ever few days is a glitery white light above my head for only a secound. About as big as a basketball and about 3 feet above my head. Any info would be helpful..

That white light in an orbie form could be a potential astral reality, a realm.  Are you more young than most others on these boards?  Try centering the orbie, see if anything happens.  I don't know what it is, perhaps it is your own heaven calling to you, 'set us free upon the astral, that we might dissolve and banish ourselves entirely from the physical plane'... some of those spiritual teachers can do more harm than good.  You have to be cautious in what I am saying.  What I've seen from such people who possess this, based in my experience with the phenomenon, I will say that you have an abundance of spiritual energy at your disposal.  Avoid contact with the internet and television or radio.  Rather, avoid excessive contact with technology or the manipulation of technology.  Your mind is probably strong enough now to focus an entire astral plane.  The birth of a new dimension?

Is this when you are fully physically awake? 

If yes, I dont want to worry you but I would go to the opthamologist!  White light flashes in vision can be nothing but its worth getting it checked.

i see it when im fully awake i was on my computer when that happened. I dont no if this has anything to do with it but when i get really emotional weird stuff happens. I remember one time i blue two lightblubs by getting close to them then when i got close to the microwave it started sparking when i turned it on.

Well, I dont know what it is but I would certainly rule out the physical causes by going to see an eye doctor before you even consider anything else.

I agree with seeing an opthamologist, but run it by your PCP first because that could be a neurologist situation as well, as my current doctor always asks me if I see things or hear voices.  (I am on Adderall).

How does it make you feel? Does it frighten your or more intrigue you? There could be a number of causes for the light, maybe only yourself can figure out what it means. Sometimes when I'm in the middle of a ritual, or even just working out in my living room, i see little particles of light dashing about all around me, or even just big blurs.
