okie well i want to know how to do astral projection but i want someone to tell me what to do and how long does it take and where to do it i looked on so many sites about it and so many tell me different things and i just want someone to tell me what to do and how to do it i tried to do so many things the different site told me to do i felt the things it said i would but i just cant get the hang of it so i just want some help to get it right please help!!!

It won't happen over night. Calm the f down and be patient. For some people it takes weeks, others years. Also, it might help if you posted in the astral projection boards instead of metaphysics.
