It will trick your mind.  Spend ages trying to move a door.  Then when you go to move a little object like a pen or something, you will expect it to be much easier.  And it will be!

sounds a bit weird but um ill give it a shot. O an i wont spend ages trying to move it, that sounds crazy

Well I want this to be a begginers thing for telekenesis (moving objects)
I Know there is alot of info for it , but does anyone here recommend what i try moving, lol, i tried moving a somewhat heavy item, my pendulum. It well, it moved, but it was a bit difficult, im quite new to ALL the paranormal kind of stuff and its nice to be able to ask, so if you post, have somethign of use to the more newbie ppl.
