strange happenings

i was mediating today , after like 30 mins i decided to try and do heat the penny exercise, instead of heat i made it cold and i felt a great downward pressure on the coin any idea why??

is it accidental cryo and gyro or just mysterious?

also a little bit of history:
Healixe is a kinda of fable,
he is rumoured to wander deep in the spirit realms,
erm and hes rather powerful lol.
