Hi Stephen,

Thanks for the nice link! [:)] I do appreciate reading books from the Spiritualist folk, and will most certainly read one of the books mentioned at the Cora Richmond site.

A spiritualist book I've recommended before is Arthur Findlay's The Rock of Truth and wrote a bit about it here at the forum.   I'm now reading Arthur Conan Doyle's Book of the Beyond. It's a series of his messages, which were received through the medium Grace Cooke. Great book, so far. [;)]

Very best,
Nick

Hi,

Oddly enough I am also (slowly) getting through the The Extraordinary Story of the Polaire Brotherhood 2nd edition. You might also enjoy Anthony Borgia's Life in the World Unseen, if not already read. Although I have not quite had the courage to work through Findlay's tomes yet, but hope to do so [:)]

Cheers,

Stephen

Thanks for the book recommendations, Stephen. [8D] The Barnes & Noble online bookstore had several Cora Richmond books, so I did order the one  entitled: My Experiences While Out of My Body and My Return After Many Days. She must have been a fascinating woman!

Hi Stephen,

Yes, I did just read that a few weeks ago, and completely enjoyed it. [8D]

All the best,

Follow-up

I've just finished reading My Experiences While Out of My Body and My Return After Many Days. It was a great book! Though written in the early part of the last century in a more formal manner, it was an enjoyable read. The words written contained a number of revelations by Cora Richmond of the "spirit world". What is noteworthy, is that without exception, what she wrote is in agreement with other respected authors who have written of the non-physical realms and spiritual truths.

Thanks for bringing up this person's name Stephen, as I had not heard of her before. She still touches the lives of us here in the physical! [^]

Hi Nick,

Oh I must get some of her books... In the mean time here is one (may have mentioned it before) 'Life in the World Unseen' A detailed description of the afterlife given to medium Anthony Borgia... ' One of those classics again!

Enjoy,

Stephen [:)]

Thanks for mentioning Anthony Borgia again, Stephen. Today I ordered two books from Amazon:Life in the World Unseen , and More About Life in the World Unseen both by Anthony Borgia.

They are a "special order" and are expected to arrive the beginning of August. I'll look forward to reading them both. [8D]

Very best,
Nick
