Clairvoyant/auric Sight

I have been experimenting with my auric sight at http://www.thiaoouba.com/aura_eye_exercise.htm which i found on this forum.

I have noticed that if I hold my arm out stretched and look at my finger tip, my field of vision goes dark (darker around my outer vision) after around 15 sec and the white light around my hand, arm and objects in front of me suddenly light up.

This is not mentioned on this website. Does anyone have any ideas what this is?

Also I have been seeing objects on a night before I sleep. I am not sure if my eyes are closed because I see them against the backdrop of my quilt, though I seem to look at them from a slightly higher angle then when I would if I was lying down.

I am COMPLETELY aware of them and I have gotten used to them so I now remain calm and get a good chance to actually look at them.

At one time I saw an image of something I dont think I have actually seen before. it was a brown wooden box with a strip of 'something' divided the top. On the top where those cards they use to test for clairvoyance. A star, square etc. I remember looking at it and thinking ' am I really seeing this?' I actually blinked a few times thinking it would go away, which it didnt.  I had never actually seen one of those and that it looked quite old fashioned. It was full colour, 3D and i swear i could have felt it if I had reached out and touched it.

The have been getting more frequent though I would like to learn to 'call' on them at my choosing rather then waiting till i sleep - that is if its not just those hypnograhic thingies!

Sounds like your viewing images through your minds eye. Good potential is there, I believe you should try and work on this ability. Buy a book, read online....

how good are you at holding the cross image??

I too have a sense of visual adjustment from keeping the pose like the dominance flipping and playing with my minds vision but they mention that. It's peculiar to experience but i bet keeping the pose is even crazier.

i recently went to this site and not really expecting much tried the exercises. got to hold the 'cross' in perfect alignment for just under 90 seconds. dont know if thats goo but then i moved on to aura's and how to see them. it seem i was always able to see a persons aura, due to the fact that i picked up it so easy that after just reading what they had i knew how and could see without trying.
and the reason for this post is that i think some people, whether or not they care for this kinda of activity, are naturals. like yourself. your a natural who seems to have a astral sight as well as auric sight. not exactly sure if i'm making any sense here but thats just how i see it. try to see if you can guess the zenar cards <the star, circle, square, etc> before they are picked if thats what you see. not exactly sure what you see other than you see a old table with zenar cards being used on an old table/box.

That's more than likely the after image, not the aura. The complimentary color to green is red, hence the "fire". However, it's the first step in being able to see auras. A true aura is seen clairvoyantly, yet can be superimposed over the actual physical image. There's a lot of nonsense about viewing auras all over the internet. It seems many mistake after images for auras.

Not saying that's your case, but it seems common.

in using these techniques, like stookie said is meant for clairvoyant aura knowledge....but in order to have the true auraic sight, one must know and see what they look like with thier eyes....or possibly think they see with thier eyes.
either way, these techniques i believe are meant to get the 'student' of true aura sight ready for the real thing. its like k-12 vs college. its all meant to get your brain to develope the skills to see aura's clairvoyantly.

now i dont know if i'm right on this, but i dont think after images have anything to do with an aura.
