Communication with someones Higher Self

personally i can tell between (80% of the time atleast) a real conversation with an entity (whoever it might be) and when my mind is making excrement up

has anyone had connection with someone they know's higher self?(real spirit, the one that send information to that humans sub concious, etc)

most likley someone you know very well, and have a connection easily through experience with this person

ive tried it, and i swear it works, im gonna try to meditate and try this

it feals like channeling my spirit guide
