I don't personally use stones very often, but quartz and other stones are able to hold a charge of whatever intent you channel into them.  Certain kinds of stones are better suited for specific intents, but any stone can be charged with any kind of energy.

Hi everyone,
              I read on a few sites that quartz can be used by all star signs. Many type of quartz are used for cleansing and connecting with the divine. Citrine is my personal favourite. Found that I like the clear citrine a little better than the cloudy one.
 I wonder which is better for clearing bad energy and enhancing positive ones.
