I've got some information about Cryokinesis from a site, but I've forgot it's address.

Cryokinesis

Cryokinesis is the power or control over the ice element. If you've ever watched or played Mortal Kombat things this is sub-zero's specialty. This kinesis is easy for some and hard for others. This kinesis requires body conditioning to develop this.

Hand conditioning
To get your body ready you have to do a series a cold enduring tests. First you prepare your hands-Hold an ice cube in your hands for a minute and thirty seconds. Do this for a 2 week with both of your hands, six times a day. Then after the 2 weeks is up do two minutes for one week then after that week hold it in your hand untill it melts.

Body Conditioning
To do this start taking cold showers and baths.Start with a cool tempature then lower it slowly to get use to it. Do this for the month of the hand conditioning. And keep conditioning to keep your body use to the coldness.

Cyro/Ice Ball

Preparation: Before you attempt this make sure you have done the conditioning for a while.
Perform: First visualize energy inbetween your hand as a liquid, and liquid. Visualize it as a ball, then see it freeze over and hardening into ice and feel it becoming more and more dense. You should feel coldness between you hands and in the middle of your palms.

C'mon, we were not making fun of you. It's just the usual way everyone talks over here. I personally do not doubt your skills at all, because I know everything is possible. So, no hardfeelings.

I just wanted to know how good you are at these things. So can you tell which techniques you can do in all these Kinesis, even if there are several...

i wouldnt be surprised if no one was.
most places i've looked just have stuff on changing wind direction or summoning wind.
u know, whimpy stuff.
but i did read about this one tequinque called the sound ball.
its in the same style of fireballs for pyrokinesis, but if u aim at glass, it has the same effect as really high pitched sound to make it shatter.  and that sounds pretty cool to me.

it should be one of those first few.  i think it says "sound ball" in the site description.

Vikram, I tried the conditioning thing you posted. Have you ever tried it? If so, do you eventually get used to the very cold feeling?

I see no need for me to condition anythen. I take cold showers to wake myself up and I work barehanded with frozen food for the past 2 months. I have gotten my hand frozen to the wall of the freezer and had to pour water on it to detach it, so I know what cold is. OW

I train very rarely due to studies. The first time I did conditioning, about a month ago, I was able to hold ice till it melted. I like cold. Since last year I have started taking cold baths in winter(At that time I did not know about Cryokinesis).

Then I read the article at veritas. Today I again started cryokinesis and was able to make my hand feel a little cool after conditioning.

Hi! im arwen i just joined this forum when i saw your posts on the kinesis... well im aerokinetic, telekinetic, i have empathy, electrokinesis and am developing all the rest.. as i am already showing sign you might say of these abilities...

being able to call up winds is the first step. you shouldnt be cocky and think that it is too basic for you, you have tos tart somewhere... it teaches you the basics of aerokinesis to give you an understanding. i myself can call up huge winds upopn command and when im stressed a gale will start blowing (nothing that will destroy houses or anything though) i was bron with it but have only started to harness it, instead of relying on spontateous happennings, these past two years... it has improved tremendously! so please dont call something "whimpy" until you can actually do it. im not trying to offend you but dont say something is whimpy until you've tried it, its ALOT harder than you think!

i have been working on this for awhile and i havn't had much luck.i would apprexiate it if somebody could give me some links to sites that have articles on how to to cryokinesis. and i already know about psipog and veritas and the underground or something like that[]
help would be appreciated
