thought storage

idk how thoughts really work so feel free to explain, but ive been thinking about thoughts, specifically transfering and storing.

So some things, not really thoughts, are stored in our brain. Thoughts occur suddenly.
Using memory you can create thought like things or make it act as such.  You use your brain to search for somethings, and it will pop up as soon as you find it just like a thought. I dont know where thoughts come from, but they do come from something.
As you know you can use telepathy and force or push thoughts into someones head, or at least if the person is willing to accept them. Thought went from one place to another and we share a consious plane so to speak. In saying, thoughts can be concentrated into concentrated areas. Using thought and intention you can make anything in the astral, or wherever in a way. So what if we got every memory, ever peice of knowledge into the plane and created a storage where anyone can access it, or if only specific people you want to access it can do so. Or you force the storage box into their brains all at once. In any means, theres a box with knowledge, whether this is a replica so you dont lose knowledge or not.
Do you think we can make storage areas? Or mabey we can get creative with it and make thoughts make thoughts  . but whats your opinion or facts on the storage  and or thought matter?  

edit. Did some research and i like the idea that we do not create thoughts but we tune them, like a radio. a virbational tuning.
