I don't know what it is... Making things spin? That sounds like regular telekinesis to me. Just goes to show how using complicated names sidesteps the point entirely.

Gyrokinesis is the ability to manipulate gravity
one technique is to invision a gyrosphere spinning and turning(or a atom) then when you get the hang of that to invision purple or black spots floating toward or away from the gyrosphere or atom.
When you get good enough you should be able to manipulate gravity a little bit.
