Yes, I sense it very distincly. It is not the same kind of energy as when I sense humans. When I walk away from my room, I can still sense it there.
Ever since I started doing OBE work, it has been there. I have stopped doing OBE in case of possesion. I do ALL of my paranormal stuff in there: Ki, NEW, OBE, telepathy.

Bad news: I sort of 'know' it's there. Do you ever get the feeling when you know somethings there but you cant sense it?

I have an entity in my bedroom also, or at least should I say, I DID have one, I posted a thread on possesion and it turned into a chat about an entity in my room, I explained about my visual and sensory experience about this entity and one of this boards members 'Donna' did some type of retrieval and I have to admit I was a bit sceptical (if that is the correct word) of it working or her even getting the correct entity - but since she did it I cannot sense anything anymore so I can only conclude that it worked, I feel like some type of great weight has been lifted off my shoulders and my weird strange and frightening dreams have stopped.
One of the chances is that this entity is infact a dead person who hasnt crossed over so to speak and has been attracted by your OBE experimentation, sort of like a moth being attracted by light.

I think I've heard of these type of things before something about entities that try to scare us from going to the astral, It could be a possibilty that it has always been their and that by learning to astral project you triggered I guess its called "astral sight" where you see whats on the astral plane as well as the physical plane at the same time almost like they intersect. since I've been learning to astral project I been seeing things that when I look again thier not there.

Hi,

If I close my eyes for a long time past 9:00pm and then open them in my bed, I see a 'black ball'. It is very distinct and scary and it sometimes stopping me going to sleep. Ive done the white orb technique loads of time without success on the entity. It isnt an after image because it stays in the same spot of my room(it doesnt follow my sight).
It is quite traumatic seeing it and to make things worse, I am only 13 so I get scared easily.
Can someone please tell me how to get rid of it?
